Red Wonder Alpine Strawberry
Deep red fruit. Everbearing plant that produces no runners. Grows 6" to 10" tall. Excellent as a ground cover or in rock garden. Native to the Scandinavian forests of Europe. Sets fruit when night time temperatures are below 50 degrees F. Fruits are soft, flavorful, and gourmet. Very good plant for borders. Zones 3-7.
