Arbequina olive is a self-pollinating, compact variety, ripens black. It is an early ripening Spanish variety. Makes quality olives and oil.Will fruit in a pot and is very decorative. Zone 8-10. Olives do not perform consistently in the southern US, probably due to the high humidity, however, reports from Savannah GA and Charleston SC and other areas of zone 8 for Arbequina are positive.
