Lisbon Lemon
You have seen Lisbon Lemons often in the grocery store. The classic yellow lemon, strong acid flavor, thin skin, and full of juice. This tree is well suited to container growing. The bulk of lemons will ripen between July and December, with some fruit on the tree year round. It is beautiful in appearance with it's dark green leaves, purple tinged bloom, and bright yellow fruit. Enhance the beauty of your patio and create spectacular food dishes with this lemon. Remember in Florida fruit is larger than California, these lemons are often twice the size of the lemons available in the store. Can take neglect better than other lemon varieties.
