Surh-Anor is a hardy, late-budding pomegranate variety known for resisting late winter cold and high humidity problems on the fruit. This vigorous bush has performed as well as Salavatski in trials at Alma, Georgia. It was part of Dr. Levin’s original USDA test plot (selection R-35) from Turkmenistan.
