Shipping Policies 

We are unable to ship plants in pot sizes larger than 5 gallon. If you are getting a notice that an order cannot ship during the checkout process, make sure you do not have anything in your cart larger than 5 gallon (i.e. 7 gallon).

Changes to shipping orders must be made at least 5 days before the week they are scheduled to ship. You will receive an email separate from your order confirmation with the scheduled shipping week. Requests for changes after that time window are not guaranteed to be made.

**Please review your address, an incorrect address will incure charges from UPS which will be passed on to you.

** The shipping cost listed above applies to the continuous 48 only for Ground shipping. Orders being shipped to AK, HI, PR will need to have an adjusted ship cost. We will contact you with any necessary adjustments for approval before shipping.

We review every order placed and schedule each individually for shipping. Your location and the weather conditions are carefully considered. Spring through Fall shipping will generally be sent ASAP, though we may delay in the case of an extreme heat wave. Orders placed in Winter will generally be scheduled to ship after the risk of frost damage has passed for your location. Typically we are not able to accommodate requests to hold orders for an extended time during Spring-Fall seasons. Please understand we are not turning orders around in 1 or 2 days. It takes time to process orders to ship plants, and there are orders ahead of yours. Please be patient. You should receive an email for UPS with a tracking number when your order is packed.
