Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase (in-store) or delivery/pickup (online orders).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, if applicable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items and pickup orders that have been prepared and held.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Plants must be unplanted, in their original container, and in the same condition as when they left the nursery to qualify for a return.
