Foxy Pavement is a hardy, care-free dwarf rose bush, growing to about three feet tall and wide. It features double pink flowers with a deep fragrance, and is black spot immune. This variety is an improvement over Frau Dagmar Hastrup, which it resembles. It thrives in tough conditions, with large rose hips (up to 1" in diameter) that turn dark red in the fall.
