Kiowa is an extremely large blackberry, with just 10 berries filling a half-pint container. It offers exceptional quality and firmness, making it one of the best varieties available. Introduced by the University of Arkansas in 1996, Kiowa has a long harvest season of six weeks and is a heavy producer. This variety is thorny and has low chilling requirements (as low as 200 hours).
