Asimina triloba

Wabash is very fleshy with ~6% seed by weight. Smooth, firm, and creamy texture with yellow to orangish color and a sweet, rich flavor. Wabash exhibits excellent productivity, bearing quality fruit typically 8-12oz in size. A favorite of those who have tasted it at the KSU orchard. Trademarked by Peterson Pawpaw.
