Rubus idaeus ‘Polka’ – Polka Raspberry

Polka is a high-yielding primocane (everbearing) raspberry developed in Poland, valued for its exceptional productivity, large fruit size, and excellent flavor. The berries are firm, bright red, and well suited for fresh eating, desserts, and preserving, with strong performance in both home gardens and small commercial plantings.

Plants have a vigorous, upright growth habit that is easier to manage than many trailing raspberry types. Polka produces fruit on first-year canes, allowing for an extended harvest season from mid-summer through fall, depending on climate and pruning strategy.

This variety is known for its reliable production and consistent fruit quality. It performs best in full sun with well-drained, fertile soil and benefits from regular pruning to maintain vigor and airflow.
