Vaccinium corymbosum – Keepcrisp
Due to import restrictions, we are unable to ship Blueberries to California.
Keepcrisp Blueberry™ (US PP27,771) is a mid- to late-season southern highbush blueberry developed for firm, crisp berries that hold up exceptionally well after harvest. The fruit is medium to large, dark blue, and sweet, making it perfect for fresh eating, freezing, and baking. The bush is vigorous, upright, and highly productive, ideal for home gardens or small-scale plantings.
This variety thrives in full sun with acidic, well-drained soil. Keepcrisp Blueberry is self-fertile, though yields may be enhanced by planting another blueberry of similar bloom time. Space plants 4–5 feet apart, height 4-5 feet, and prune lightly each year to maintain shape and productivity. Suited for USDA zones 7–9, Keep Crisp performs especially well in warmer climates while retaining excellent berry quality and shelf life.
