Rainier is a remarkable, new cherry variety with light yellow skin and a red blush. The flesh is firm, finely textured, and offers a superior quality and flavor. The unique yellow color helps to outsmart birds, which tend to prefer red cherries. Rainier cherries have a distinct, superior flavor compared to most varieties. It bears early, is bud-hardy, and resistant to cracking.
