Cranberry

Most of us think of cranberry plants being only for bogs but, like lingonberries and wintergreen, they will grow in high organic upland soils. Cranberries do best with generous amounts of peat moss amended in the soil. They thrive in "poor" soil but it needs to be high in organic matter. Plants are ground cover at 11" tall. Space about 1' apart.
