Sambucus canadensis (John's Variety)
John's produces more fruit and earlier than other varieties, with very large clusters of medium-sized berries. This variety is especially good for making jelly and elderberry elixir. It grows into a larger plant than Adams. For optimal pollination, pair with Adams. The flowers are in very large heads.
