Vaccinium sp. Hybrid (Emerald PP 12165)
Due to import restrictions, we are unable to ship Blueberries to California or Oregon.
This blueberry variety is a hybrid resulting from a cross between North Carolina and Florida berries. It thrives in areas with about 200 chill hours and is adaptable to Virginia’s climate, where it grows surprisingly well. The extra-large, early, and mild-sweet berries ripen just before the Star variety, which is a good companion for Emerald. When planted with Star, it will produce more fruit.
