Vaccinium species x 'O'Neal'
Due to import restrictions, we are unable to ship blueberries to CA.

A standout among Southern Highbush blueberries, O'Neal produces large, dark blue fruit with exceptional flavor — widely considered one of the best-tasting varieties in its class. Notably, flavor remains robust even in hot weather, making it ideal for warm climates.

Plants are vigorous, reaching around 6 feet tall, and have a well-proportioned form, adding ornamental value to the landscape. In fall, the foliage turns striking shades of orange and wine, offering additional seasonal interest.

Widely cultivated in North Carolina and as far as South America, O'Neal begins producing sweet berries early in the season. Space plants about 5 feet apart in a circular pattern for optimal growth.

Hardy in Zones 5–9.
