Rubus idaeus – Heritage Raspberry
Heritage is the most popular everbearing raspberry variety, known for its excellent red fruit. It can be cultivated for both spring and fall crops, particularly in northern climates. No staking is required if mowed to the ground early each spring. Heritage produces a large crop of berries from new growth, typically from August to late fall in Virginia. Recommended spacing is 3' apart in 5' wide beds with good garden soil. Suitable for Zones 3-9.
