Tristar is one of the best-flavored, continuous-bearing strawberries from the eastern U.S. Known for its disease resistance and productivity, it was introduced by the USDA Beltsville and the University of Maryland in 1981. Tristar remains a very popular variety. The plant spreads by runners, creating a neat row. Suitable for Zones 5-8.
