Galaxy Peach is a unique white-fleshed donut (flat) peach known for its sweet flavor and distinctive shape. The fruit is medium-sized and flattened with attractive red skin over creamy white flesh. Galaxy peaches are very sweet, juicy, and aromatic, making them excellent for fresh eating.
Trees are productive and reliable, producing high-quality fruit in mid-season. The compact growth habit makes Galaxy well suited for home orchards and backyard plantings. Plant in full sun with well-drained soil for best performance. Hardy in USDA Zones 5–8.

*Galaxy peach has average resistance to peach leaf curl, often requiring preventive care in cool, wet climates. A dormant spray schedule 2-3 times during winter with copper or sulfer-based fungicides would be critical in high-pressure areas such as the Pacific Northwest.
