Ficus carica – Marseilles (Oregon Prolific / St. Anthony Fig)

The Yellow Fig is a highly productive variety known for its large yellow figs that ripen at the end of July on the previous season's growth. This fig tree produces an early main crop of delicately sweet fruit with a short neck, making it an excellent choice for fig lovers.

The plant slows its growth in the fall and "hardens off" well, resulting in minimal young wood dieback the following spring. It typically begins ripening a few weeks before the Hardy Chicago variety and completes its production earlier as well.
