The Belle of Georgia peach has been cultivated for centuries, from the north to the south. It is known for being disease-resistant, long-lived, and highly bud-hardy. The white-fleshed fruit drops when ripe and ripens approximately 4 weeks after Red Haven. Like all peaches, it requires minimal care and typically needs around 800 chill hours. Space the tree in a 14-foot circle. Suitable for USDA Zones 5-8.
