Returns are accepted for 14 days after purchase (in store) or delivery/pickup (online orders).
For returns that need to be shipped, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds can be applied to the original credit card used, or we can issue a store credit to the customer's account.
We charge a 25% restocking fee for all returns.
Returns and refunds will not be accepted on final sale items.
Only plants that have not been removed from their original container, have not been planted, and are in the same condition as when they left the nursery may be returned.
