‘Texas BA-1’ is one of the sweetest figs in our collection. It ripens about two weeks later than Hardy Chicago, producing rich, delicious fruit that’s excellent for fresh eating. This variety is well-suited to Zones 7–8, and in Zone 7, it will need protection from strong winter winds.
Compact and productive, it’s ideal for home gardeners seeking a sweet, flavorful fig on a manageable-size plant.
