Victoria Rhubarb is a classic heirloom rhubarb known for its large, thick edible stalks — often green with red‑tinged bases. It is a heavy producer and makes a reliable perennial vegetable for gardens and edible landscapes. Space plants in a 2–3 ft circle to allow room for their clumping habit. Hardy to USDA Zones 3–9.
