Diospyrus kaki - Tamopan
Tamopan persimmon is an oddly shaped astringent type (ripe when fully softened) fruit. It looks like a tomato with a hat! Tamopan is delicious! Fruits ripen October through November. Great for cooking into breads and puddings. Zone 7-9.
