One of the earliest selections from Fuyu, this variety ripens about three weeks before Fuyu. It is a productive tree, larger than Maekawa Jiro, with a hardiness typically down to Zone 6.
- Fruit: Above average in size, ripens when hard with a vibrant orange color. Usually seedless.
- Tree Size: Grows 12'-15' in height and spread.
- Spacing: 14' circle.
- Self-Fertile: Yes.
