Diospyros kaki - TamKam
Translation; very sweet. Can be eaten while fruit is still firm. Early ripening, flat-lobed, deep orange fruit on medium size tree from Sunchow, Korea. Should be considered for an east coast commercial fruit because it's pretty, large, hardy and sweet. Leaves have a bright orange fall color. High fruit set. Seedless. Space 10' circle. Zone 6-9.
