Diospyros kaki (Hana Fuyu Asian Persimmon はえ ふゆ)
Hana Fuyu is the largest of our hard-ripe selections, with early-ripening fruit on a dwarf tree. Its name, "Hana Fuyu," translates to "Winter Flower." The fruits are juicy, reddish-orange, and rounded in shape, weighing up to 3/4 pound each. This variety is also winter-hardy. The tree grows to a height of 8-10' and should be spaced in a 10' circle. Hardy in Zones 6-9.
Due to import restrictions, we are unable to ship Persimmon to California.
